I feel that for Al Gores plan,to go Green with the US electric power grid,to work there needs to be a Carbon Buy Out for the existing electric power grid! This would put money in the hands of those most effected and they will be able to invest it in the new green electric power grid! This will stimulate the growth of the new grid! The AL GORE advantage of going Green with the USA Electrical Power Grid is that it lays a foundation/infrastructure for the use of electric cars and hydrogen fuel cell cars!
